Uhmmm... That's a tough one.

Trump did not pick the national team. Yes, it is regrettable that Pulisic seems to be a Trump fan.

Yes, it is currently embarrassing to be a citizen of the United States but that does not mean I'm going to forsake my national team due to the awfulness of one administration. I've been supporting the #USMNT for 35 years through good and bad administrations.

I will be cheering for the USMNT next month and I am definitely not a fascist.

Maybe it's the byproduct of living in a small town, but it feels like American interest in the World Cup is a rounding error away from 0. That's probably a good thing. If you are still actively cheering for Team USA after all of the peace prize goofiness and Christian Pulisic's trump dance celebration, odds are you're a fascist. #FIFA #Worldcup #usmnt
