I could barely walk at the time, and had no idea if I could ever get used to that bag on my stomach.
It was not two weeks ago that during a 6km βquickβ walk, my wife had to ask if I could please walk a little slower as she had a hard time keeping up π«£
The bag and taking care of the ostomy is so natural now, I donβt even think about it!
