A new type of #fediverse server called μpub has already come a long way in a very short time. μpub just released version 0.5.0 and it's really shaping up! They have some killer features like "on-demand thread fetching", "granular activity privacy" and "public likes as curated timelines"

• posting hashtags now works
• can mention anywhere in posts
• can fetch from search bar
• "broadcast" level posts will be sent into relays
• button to fetch and reload post stats and replies (if available on remote)
• improved actors page
• liked feed for actors (as always respects activity addressing)
• privacy slider instead of ratio
• privacy applies to announces and likes too
• cleaned up a bunch internally
