We men need to be #upstanders, not bystanders: when we SEE our friends, colleagues, and partners engaged in sexist & misogynist conduct--even 'just' words or 'jokes'--IT'S OUR RESPONSIBILITY to administer the necessary corrections...or, if we don't have the courage for that, AT LEAST to make them NOT our friends, colleagues, and partners ANYMORE.

That's the only way this ends. Not by telling the victims what THEY should do different. We men CAUSE these problems; its on us men TO SOLVE them.

We use film, intensive teacher professional development, and interactive educator tools to help bystanders become 'upstanders.' #Upstanders are people who stand up and speak out against #injustice.
