U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the United States is working to better understand Russia’s stance in the ongoing war. “There is no military end to this war. We have to be honest about that. Russia is not going to simply roll over Ukraine and take the whole country. And Ukraine is not going to push them back to where they were in 2014,” Rubio said. “I’d say we’re trying to understand where Russia stands.
