slyborgFor some reason Uniball also sells … pencils. I only use mechanicals, but I had to get some plain pencils to take the JLPT, and randomly got these because I liked the color.

They’ve been making pencils since 1887, and Uni-ball biros since 1979.
My preferred ink stick over the years has been various versions of the superlative Pilot Razor Point felt tip, but in ballpoints the Uniball Power Tank is the king, the pressurized cartridge always Just Werks. It’s the only pen I keep in a car because it a) doesn’t freeze in the winter or b) explode in the summer.
However, I prefer the original Power Tank body to the RT retractables that replaced them, but alas they use a different cartridge and I have now run out of black refills for my OG Power Tank
