Cables cut again in the Baltic!

I'm not buying that it is accidental. Twice in a couple of months from a Chinese ship entering/leaving a Russian port doesn't sound coincidental.

I've been following the "What is going on with shipping" YouTube channel for a couple of years. Sal has just done a very interesting posting about the Chinese ship Yi Peng 3 and the two cut cables in the Baltic. Very much worth watching.
