while talking with my #grandpa about the #tariffs today, i think i settled on another realization. a lot of the ignorance and uneducation on the right comes from the idea of wisdom aquired with age. when i go to thanksgiving, i know that what i say is valued just as much as what my grandpa says, but i feel like on the right there’s a lot more of the “i’m older than you so i know better and you’re just wrong” mentality.
