K. Rool, the big man himself. Before he was a merely a king with delusions of piracy. It turned out he really was an old-school depiction of a pirate (sans actual historical ones). Fighting him again for the first time reveals he had a huge backing of technology. er more on that in the next game.

This mix was made in Ultrabox, a github project that hooks up to your MIDI device of choice and presumably dude used an SNES style soundfont and went crazy with it.
