I thought I had root-caused why my 1541 Ultimate II can't reset my C64. It can only pull the reset line from 3.3V to 2.95V which is still high.
Unfortunately after resoldering this guy, the problem still exists. On inspection, this buddy is probably just a decoupling cap.

Hey #retrobubble. I want to connect my #c64 to the world. So far I've got an #ultimate1541ii+, however I didn't do more than connecting to it via telnet. I'm thinking of getting a #wic64 - is there any better way?
