Ifølge Zelenskyj vil midlene delvis gå til våpenproduksjon i Ukraina, og til å styrke landets energisikkerhet.

All this will depend on the way in which common goods are managed by local authorities: health, access to land, access to water, housing.
In simple terms, there are two options: liberal and solidarity-based:
- If you live in, say, a G8 country, it will depend on whether or not there is an alt-right (or a nationalist government), in the first case it will be bad.
- In any other part of the world, especially if there are natural, mineral or fossil resources, it will depend on the post-colonialist policies imposed by the G8 countries (whether they have a nationalist government or one based on "solidarity"). In most cases, this will be extremely dangerous for the local populations, unless the G8 countries destroy each other...
