@bazkie my guess is that if you seek '#ubiquitous #proliferation' you want to use many hashtags, and I get if you are focussed on a particular topic it also makes sense for information sharing... but if you're just putting your #whimsical of the moment out, I don't think a #hashtag is really a must...
