Ongelooflijk @Uber . Rit bevestigd voor 11:30, maar de app maakt er 23:30 van. En dan géén manier om contact te krijgen? Geen mail, geen telefoon, alleen een FAQ. Echt slecht. #UberFail. Voortaan weer een gewone #taxi. Ik snap niet dat een bedrijf als #uber niet verplicht is een klantenservice in Nederland te hebben. Zij geen service, maar wel verdienen aan ons? Niet meer.

@bloor I don't rate drivers at all unless I can honestly give them 5 stars since I discovered through Instacart that 4-star reviews were considered "bad."

Interestingly, a contract medical transport driver no-showed me to collect a fee without ever attempting to pick me up. It took a supervisor to get that off my record.
