Just a quick tip for #TwitterMigtation folks.

If the first thing you do here is post some clout chasing "Reblog I'd you agree" crap, I'm going to block you and you're probably going to annoy people.

It was dumb on Twitter when there was an algorithm that actually surfaced those posts, and it's just toxic here.

Picture yourself running down the street yelling for people to agree with you. It's ridiculous, right?

Hi #Mastodev teams: watching the huge influx of #TwitterMigtation going on and seeing new users dig in... DEFINITELY vote for prioritizing two things:

1. Shareable, Followable Lists

2. Followable Public Instances - so if I love a journalism instance, that my account isn't hosted on, I can still with one click follow all public posts from them.

I think both are in the works and both of these features will help immensely...

Also: Any chance we could rename "instances" into "communities"
