Da_GutAs I was leaving the local library (North Ga) a tween with fuzzy hair rolled up on their bicycle. They parked it (unsecured) in the bike rack and proceeded in. Itβs an unusual sight to see an unaccompanied tween in the United States.
Meanwhile, in Iceland a few years ago, we saw an elementary age kid leaving school solo after dark in a fairly heavy snowfall.
Mind, in Iceland during winter thereβs only about four hours of daylight anyway
