DisThe final #tweeds update is upon us and in summary, Cheetah Piss appears to have messed it up for everyone by 'experimenting'. I'm keeping the resulting bud (duh), but a bunch of it is a seedy mess.
To recap, I'm new at this and doing it poorly but enthusiastically and with way too much automation. โ
โ After the flip and disposing of a male Cheetah Piss, I had two Duct Tape plants and a single Cheetah Piss left in the tent from the #legalizationday seed haul. (All girls. I checked them. A lot.)
We initially harvested the biggest Duct Tape, and took just the main kola off the little one so that we could get an extra week or two on the lower buds and on Cheetah Piss. (The grow light is too small.) There wasn't any sign of trouble until after the rest of DT2 and all of Cheetah Piss came down. It looks like Cheetah Piss went nanners behind the bleachers with part of the little Duct Tape. (Maybe we will find seeds in all of the DT, but so far it seems to be only the little one ๐ค)
I'm going to do some light remodeling in the room before the next grow, so the tents are coming down. Before they go back, I'll wipe them down and sanitize and whatever else the internet says to do to get rid of the pollen.
Overall it was a good grow. The new soil didn't seem to harm them, and "kinda weed" came out. As a bonus, I got much better ideas on training for next time, and I'll get a better schedule assembled. We might not even do new lights. 3 large plants was too large, but 1-2 smaller plants will be fine. I do need to start by creating a better calendar and plan than I had. There was no excuse for letting them get that big before the flip.
We sampled some mostly-cured Duct Tape popcorn bud yesterday and it was not the strongest, but nice enough. All three plants have been super sticky, so there is that. Those seeds are disappointing though.
