I was re-thinking about the companion droid of Maarva, the mother of Cassian #Andor.

Do you know a #droid or non-human character, especially in the Star Wars mythology, that is dubbed by SOMETHING ELSE than a white guy ?

(Jar-Jar Binks... is not a droid.)

I bet 95% of these characters are male-gendered written, and male acted/dubbed.

Watched **Bluey (2020 Season 2)** and it continues to be a good example of children animation. The sincerity and creative stories for both young and adult viewers is astounding... or maybe this genre just needs this kind of love. I will probably keep singing its praises in the next season.

Sweet potatoes, I cannot believe I have not heard of **Abbott Elementary (Season 1 2022)**. A comedy series about school teachers tackling some political issues while being funny, moving and featuring mostly a black cast. Unbelievable and I thought I was jaded enough by /The Wire Season 4/.

No question asked this is just a straight recommendation.

Finished watching *Twin Peaks (Season 1 1990)* and it does have an uncanny feel to it which is kinda nice. Because of its editing style though, I think I need to do a pass so I make sure I know what characters are doing in each episode which I think it deserves.

Also, I kinda understand the reference in *Hi-Fi Rush*, the tone of *Alan Wake* and perhaps *Deadly Premonition*'s main character.
