I've had wind-harvests before - plants I only cut because the wind (or falling branches) knocked them over - but today was my first-ever earthquake harvest! Going to have a lot of cuttings up for sale soon, probably the most I've ever had. Some so I can pay bills, and some so I can donate to the occupied people of Gaza.

Starting to grow some fatter lads in the garden! From left to right: (slightly sunburned) LER; Hydra (cultivar I named); and Walt's Dragon. Plus Jerry bic for size reference. I have two even fatter ones in my garden but I only chopped these because they're grafts. I prefer to let them grow until they're mature stands - a status which none of my lads have reached yet.

First pups from Bruce's Dragon, first flowers from these Prickly Pears I propagated from the wild, and a big show of flowers from this spikey lad whose species name I'd have to check. Great post-rain day in the garden!

Largest cutting I've ever cut! I don't like chopping my cacti, but the wind bent this one over, and it wasn't standing back up.

36 inches of Verne's Long-Spined Bridgesii on sale for $175 + shipping. Sourced from Verne of Trichocereus.com (RIP) in 2020. In his words, "Long spine ones were from seed sold by Succseed.com or from Karel Knize before he stopped shipping viable seed. In either case the non-Cactus Kate are from Peruvian sourced seeds - Knize or else Succseed."
