Hi, I'll be quick about it, my bank combined with a fuck up of my own doing means I'm now overdrawn by just shy of $100 which also made a bill overdue today, and I have another bill due Monday. I can manage to pay my bills if I get out of the negatives before then, but I won't make enough to cover the overdrawn amount (and the fee that of course came with it..) which is why I'm not including them in the needed aid amount. If it goes over than cool, and anything past that will go to my debt situation to help me escape FL

I’ve known Coreo since 2004ish and they’ve been doing all the right things for PTSD and burnout recovery since 2023. Sadly, capitalism doesn’t reward actually taking care of one’s brain and body.

hi fedi, i have an update regarding spike (@pastthepixels)

she's alive, and surviving, but the rental market has been ruthlessly brutal and unforgiving. Niko and Spike have both been looking at rentals, but none of them are any decent.

It would be immensely helpful if a nicer short term rental could be rented to help spike's mood up while the two of them look for a place, as their current one is not great (air mattress and shitty shower). sadly short term rentals are horridly expensive and the cheapest all of us have been able to find are around $800 cad until the 1st of november.

in order to have stability when they finally find a long term rental, they don't want to touch any of their savings as it's their only method of survival until niko gets disability assistance.
