“This morning, we were discussing our short-term plans for stability, and things we can focus on before Luke's top surgery consultation in June.
The two of us now have a more solid plan in order to acquire a working vehicle. Looking online, there is a $750 e-bike, which would enable me (Betty) to run errands and pick up necessities, as well as do food delivery, to save and earn money. This will require us to also purchase a secure lock & a helmet, but the bike would pay itself off within a couple of months. We need help raising the funds to get these things, but overall, the e-bike would end up helping us pay for necessities with the delivery earnings, lending to helping pay for Luke's top surgery. It would also allow me to take over more, whenever Luke is recovering from surgery.
In the grand scheme of trying to get out of hotel living, we are trying to work this into our plan. We'll need to move our things out of the RV, find someone we trust to watch the cats, and sell the RV, because it doesn't work for us. From there, we're planning on getting a car with towing capabilities using those funds, and getting a camper that we can attach to the hitch. The e-bike will help us make money before, during that transition, and beyond... It would be something clean, relatively cheap, and efficient to get around without a car, or when a car is just too much compared to the distance. We currently have $150 towards the goal.

🚨 HELP! RENT AND LOAN PAYMENT DUE

i took out a loan at the end of feb to pay for march rent. i did this assuming id get finaid and my tax return and be able to pay it back- i found out that i am not.

due to the blizzards in march, i missed a lot of work and wont be able to pay much of my loan back
