Any emergency toy surgeons on duty this Sunday? Niece has turned up with a plastic Buzz Lightyear ..that is buzzing, no button responding to switch it off.

Can see something like a battery compartment underneath the wings but don't know how to get those off to reach compartment.. do the two green phillips screws need to come off first?
