- But if for some absurd reason you need to use a Website that does that regardless, I'd still use a VPN over Tor (like AirVPN supports using OpenVPN on
:443!)- The only use-case I know are cybercriminals doing online-carding in the U.S. where 3Dsecure has yet to be adopted, so I don't have that need
- Otherwise the only use-case for any commercial VPN is to circumvent Geoblocking / Censorship and get decent speeds in places like South Korea that have no Net Neutrality.
