Jeg er jo ikke ligefrem den udstedende myndighed, og såvidt jeg forstå er det noget der udstedes til én specifik stilling/opgave, og ikke noget man "kan tage med sig". En tidligere godkendelse kan allerhøjest være en mild indikator for at det måske kan lade sig gøre igen.
