And it's worthy noting that Tony Abbott's whimsy to demonise the unemployed was what set off the illegal RoboDebt program that was associated with the deaths of some 2000 Australians.
Tony seems to have learnt precisely nothing about the dangers of letting politicians' whimsy over-ride the legalities of a situation.
