If true, the release would move from 2026 to February 12, 2027 (Lara's birthday). Crystal Dynamics is pitching revamped gameplay on Unreal Engine 5 as the reason for extra polish; a shift would likely push Tomb Raider: Catalyst into 2028.

🔥 Tomb Raider is getting a flat makeover, Axel «Delca» Hatté and Trxye announced a FAN-MADE rework: Tomb Raider: Side-Scroller Edition, turning the first three games into a 2D side‑scroller with 11 remade original levels.

Due May 2026, the project will be free on TRCustoms. Also worth noting: PS Plus subscribers can currently grab the remaster of the first three entries for free.

In den Yailata-Nekropolen liegen über hundert Felsengräber, direkt in die weichen Kalkschichten gehauen. Einige stammen aus der Spätantike, andere wurden noch im Mittelalter benutzt. Zwischen den Gräbern finden sich Höhlen, die einst als Wohn- oder Kultstätten dienten.
