I struggled for a good 30 seconds trying to understand what this was about, imagining all sorts of inappropriate possibilities.

Then it dawned on me. It's message to myself that I added last year about planting tomatoes in my garden this Spring.

Edit: Thanks for all the great replies! Seems to be nutrient deficiency, so am rectifying that but also treating for fungus etc when it stops raining.
