I am currently eating Impossible Bowl Burrito Bowl. I looked very carefully for months at all the available Impossible Bowls that were available at my stores and was so excited to find one that was finally NOT self-described as spicy.
HOLY JALAPENO BATMAN it’s burning a hole in my soft palate!! But it tastes very good.

I love croutons in my soup but my homemade ones were never quite right. My friend MB was talking about her croutons this morning so I asked, and she told me the method she uses to make hers. I switched up the seasonings to what I had in the cupboard and they are SO GOOD! Thanks MB!

I saw this the other day and had to try it. I’ve never tried any of the vegan roasts before.I should start by saying I don’t like turkey.These weren’t bad. Maybe a bit bland but good texture and a good size for me.
I did not like the gravy so I’m very glad I kept it on the side. Oddly the gravy wasn’t as bad on my mashed taters.
I will happily eat the other one next week, so I guess it’s a win. :)
