The other day I Learned that `git describe` allows to find tags and get a human-readable description of them. For example, one can use `git describe --tags --abbrev=0` to get the name of the latest tag on the current branch.

Who is the observer? In relativity, the observer is treated as relative — velocity and time depend on the frame from which they are measured. In quantum theory, however, the definition of the observer is far less clear: is it a measuring device, a human, the brain, or consciousness itself? There are multiple interpretations.
