In a coffee house the other day, overheard two twenty-somethings talk about music. One kid got really animated, exclaiming: "I don't know exactly *what* the Toadies are, but it's definitely not grunge!"

Now, I love delivering an opinion as much as the next idiot, especially over pints and especially to bother a friend.

But...I don't know. Sometimes I envy people their certainty about things. Good on them for knowing about the Toadies, I guess.

Mr. #Trump is greatly misinformed about #Canadians wanting Canada to be the #USA's 51st state. Well, he's greatly misinformed about most things, but this is recent.

Mr. Trump, please find a good book on each of the following points, and get one of your #toadies to read it to you:

1) None of Canada's 10 #provinces and 3 #territories is named The #Sudetenland.

2) The last time a #US #president decided he'd like to take over #Canada, we marched to #Washington and burned it to the ground. You might have heard a song we wrote about it.

3) We're the reason the White House is white. It didn't start out that way.

Jingoism, bluster, lies, delusions, and dementia isn't a great combination of characteristics for a U.S. president. Why'd you Americans decide to add "convicted felon" and "sex abuser" to that list?
