It's fascinating how closely my body and mind are connected. When I'm physically exhausted or don't sleep enough, my chess gets so much worse. #running 10k yesterday, then played online #chess and lost 50 points. Today #swimming 1k, lost another 40 points. I guess I should just stop #tilting and relax, but it s hard.
