This is a long-shot, but perhaps I'll find kindred spirits…
My son, a picky eater, used to eat a _lot_ of #TIllamook kosher medium cheddar which we bought many bars at a time from #TraderJoes.
A couple months ago he told us they'd ruined it and he couldn't eat it anymore.
I just got around to tasting it to see what he was talking about, and lord, he's right.
The texture of the cheese is terrible now, totally rubbery.
Anybody else notice this? Any thoughts about why?

In a few weeks, I'm making a trip down the #Oregon coast to the #Redwoods, which I've never seen. I've previously been as far south as Gold Beach, I think - going with a friend who has *never* been to the Oregon #coast.

If anyone has suggestions for great beaches and other places to visit, especially further south from #Tillamook, I'd love to hear them!

This is the first summer break I've had in a long while, and I'm so excited for a #RoadTrip.

@agnes there’s also an option to head south to #tillamook and Rockaway Beach, along with hop-on/off service to parts north! You don’t need more than 20 minutes for the creamery “tour” but the new food court is really, really, really good if you’re cool with dairy.
