Michal KohutekIf youβre still considering buying a VR headset for exercise, just go for it. When I bought my first #oculusquest I lost 20kg within a year. Ofc, I was also π΄ regularly, but in bad weather or when I was simply sick of boring cardio, I went for 30 mins of #ThrilloftheFight or #BeatSaber and got my heart pumping that way. Now itβs five years later, I regained half of the weight getting my PhD, building a π‘ and getting married.
