They also had a zero-plastic-parts flour sifter so I bought it. I already have an all-metal flour sifter but it's the kind with the actuator built into the handle and I am 100% tired of it jamming up all the time. This new one is the old metal-hoop style and it may and may not be better but this is the cheaper of the two still made and reasonably commonly available - and it feels it - but it didn't cost me enough to care about if it doesn't work out.
