For repeatability's sake this was enough crushed Doritos to fill the small mason jar about 1/2 full, and topped all the way up with the Dharma Initiative Vodka, not actually canned or anything like that. The dorito crumbs swelled up to about 3/4 the volume of the jar as they absorbed the vodka.

Things that might help with projects like this if I ever see them in the #thrift shop:
- Vacuum canning attachment for the food saver? For actual food I'd just put it in hot and let the top ping but here we'd just lose vodka to the angels but maybe some vacuum would help infuse?
- french press coffee thing. Maybe an old juicero or something.
