James Mason in Late Extra, a British crime drama, which also featured Alistair Sim, and Henry Fonda in The Farmer Takes a Wife, a comedy directed by the erstwhile Victor Fleming and co-starring Janet Gaynor. Originally a Broadway play, Fonda reprised his stage role as the farmer.
