I've gone down a rabbit hole about the #thousandyardstare and how it relates to #mentalhealth and PTSD/Dissociation/Etc

And wowzaaaaa. This explains a lot especially when I look at old pictures and can see the change in my eyes. I'm so glad to not be in that state anymore but it's terrifying not knowing where you went for years on end.
