This crab spider Thomisis Onustus was already four weeks on the same geranium leaf and I was no longer paying attention to it. I took a photo with the main camera and the lens I use for close focusing and another couple of photos with the macro mode.
The first photo is apparently better, but in reviewing the others I saw that I had overlooked a little surprise....

This crab spider Thomisis Onustus has been on the same pelargonium geranium leaf for at least three weeks now. It seems to have created with its web a kind of nest or mattress. Today he was lucky and caught a small Sehirus cinctus bug. After holding it for an hour, it pushed it out of the leaf, turned around and returned to its nest.

Esta araña cangrejo Thomisis Onustus lleva ya al menos tres semanas en la misma hoja de geranio pelargonium . Parece que ha creado con su telaraña una especie de nido o colchón. Hoy ha tenido suerte y ha capturado una pequeña chinche Sehirus cinctus.

Diese Krabbenspinne Thomisis Onustus sitzt seit mindestens drei Wochen auf demselben Pelargonium-Geraniumblatt. Sie scheint mit ihrem Netz eine Art Nest oder Matratze angelegt zu haben. Heute hatte er Glück und fing eine kleine Wanze Sehirus cinctus.
