Just remembered there are 3 more marbles in my beach glass collection (a Martinelli Apple Juice bottle). The fact that they're in there means i found them on a beach. Most of this glass is from Lake Ontario. Never seem to find very much out here. #ThingThursday

it's #ThingThursday & i promised @[email protected] some nifty marbles after commenting on how the U of A 360 degree aurora cam reminds me of fancy marbles. i thought i'd try lighting them below with an LED lantern to see if they showed up any better, & had something interesting happen

oh it's #ThingThursday again eh. Clockwork piscivory. I need to gently take this apart & repair the mechanism that winds up the big fish so that it chases the little fish across the floor. A long-ago gift from @robcruickshank.bsky.social of course
