Micro-corrections. Try to hit every pitch with absolute precision. If you don’t hit it right the first time, keep correcting. Over time, these corrections will become shorter and shorter, turning into "micro-corrections" that are nearly inaudible and become part of your own Theremin sound.
Important: To do this, never play vibrato right from the start; first hit the note and hold it (for about 1 second), then gently glide into the vibrato.

First things first: a firm stance. Dig your toes into the floor and tighten your glutes and abs.
When you’re standing like a tree, keep your (pitch) arm and fingers loose (rest your index finger and thumb on top of each other in a completely relaxed position) and let your fingers do the work on their own.
You can watch them (this helps a lot in the beginning), but don’t intervene (muscle-consciously). Your body memory will thank you for it.

Strictly speaking, a Theremin uses a pair of antennae that act as capacitors in a specific R/C circuit. Looking at [aritrakdebnath2003]’s MIDI THEREMIN, I see it works differently, but it does play in the manner of the exotic radio instrument, so I suppose it can use the name.
