Another gem from my trip downtown this morning, and one that tickles me greatly, as it’s a chapter in my hometown’s rock history.
The Real Kids were from my neck of the woods in Boston, Ma., and a pretty much just known for their signature classic “All Kindsa Girls”.
This compilation gathers that first great single (and its b-side) from ‘77, as well as some alternate takes from that first great self-titled record on Red Star, as well as some demos.
A great little outfit that was born out of John Felice leaving The Modern Lovers.
