Perfect eh? Lots of foot fall, ideal windows for displaying small ads and ‘The Daily News’. Palky can afford it but does the landlord want to let it. O no, as with so many other landlords of property in #Pembroke Town, they would rather see the Town die on its feet as they wait for what they describe as ‘the ideal tenant’.
