I'm reading this book The Night Watchman. Great writer (Louise Erdrich) and totally pulled into the story. At first I was concerned about the length and even a bit by her meticulous description, but by now I'm just absorbed into this world - Indians on a small reservation near Minneapolis in 1953 as the US is working on trying to erase their entire existence.

Nice selection! I read and enjoyed a fair proportion of those. I love #LouiseErdrich and her book that I especially loved this year was #TheNightWatchman, loosely based on the true story of her grandpa's advocacy for their band.
