I just had the most amazing epiphany.

Héctor in #APrivateAffair / #UnAssuntoPrivado (2022), and Leo in #TheManny / #ElNiñero (2023- ) often perform dialogue with the exact same delivery.

...except Héctor is played by #JeanReno and Leo is played by a small child (#AnthonyGiulietti).

Clearly through a miracle of time travel, Leo grows up to become a butler in 1940's Spain.

I now desperately want to see Jean Reno & Anthony Giulietti cast together. Casting gods, make it so!

The Manny, written and performed by Sam McArdle , knows how to "deliver a brilliant punchline but what lingers is the perhaps unexpected emotional blow of the piece"
