Bugger, and valé. A brilliant screenplay, and the fact that he stammered as a child means he understood the topic, rather than just read about it. We absolutely loved every aspect of The King's Speech., from start to finish.

Should The Social Network have won? Probably. It doesn't mean that The King's Speech is a bad film. In fact, I still think it's pretty great. Firth and Rush have tremendous chemistry, and Bonham Carter is as fantastic as always. Still makes me laugh 14 years on.
