@gulfie Since the arrival of a new shed (Hurrah!) I have embarked on a programme of domestic rearrangement and reclamation that makes the Towers Of Hanoi look like a children's toy.
So I merely offer this advice:
If you are moving a table today, ensure that you do it before the local convenience store closes and you have nowhere to buy a new bottle of drain cleaner.
Well ... moving the table incurred vacuuming its new location first, which in turn incurred finding out whether the vacuum cleaner had blown a fuse (because, as it turns out, it had overheated), which in turn incurred fixing the multi-meter (which failed the briefly-shorting-the-probes check on its Ohms measurement setting), which in turn incurred finding which of the spare batteries was charged.
Plus: I accidentally trod on the vacuum cleaner's plug.
