I guess the one saving hope for our growing e-waste problem compounding with our terrifying IoT AI problem is that the discarded robot AI toasters and lamps and vacuum cleaners will eventually develop sentience and automatically re-unite themselves with their previous owners' college kids instead of allowing themselves to end up in landfills?
