- Dinner with Mum
- Watch #TheBlackCauldron to celebrate it's 40th anniversary yesterday
- Try on the clothes I just ordered for an office micro-wardrobe
- Test the new make-up I bought for that, too
Honestly, the only good thing about having to go into the office for a week of meetings and to meet the new department head next month is the excuse to buy new clothes. Haven't had to dress like an office in YEARS. heh. But, need to make a good impression, now.
Alright, next movie watched:
For the first time, Disney's "The Black Cauldron" from 1985.
The story is a typical fantasy story about good, evil and magic artifacts, it reminded me a bit of "The Sword in the Stone", but much darker.
Like all the Disney (and Don Bluth) cartoon movies of that time it has gorgeously drawn backgrounds and some really nice effects, considering the time.
I liked it, it had surprisingly many different characters.
As usual, I wish we'd get more modern 2D cartoon movies with such beautiful backgrounds.
