I just noticed: Episode 8 clearly established that while the humans do have the ability to conjure anything, they need such concentration that in general it only works if it already exists and they're in the right head-space (that's why Kinger needed that terminal and why they couldn't just conjure it immediately but needed to get it from the exit door (something that Pomni was only able to conjure because it already existed and because she was at the right point)), which does raise the question: Why was Kinger able to summon that butterfly in episode 6? Did it already exist and, if yes, why? And did the healing mechanic also have the requirement of pre-existence and, if yes, why did it?
