L'Unità: Sondaggi politici elettorali: i partiti italiani e il governo Meloni nell’ultima indagine, gli orientamenti di voto

Non si smuove molto nel panorama dei partiti italiani mentre continua l’operazione di persuasione da parte della Presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni sulla Presidente della Commissione Europea Ursula von der Leyen su una maggiore flessibilità di spesa per l’energia come concessa per la difesa dall’Unione. Secondo le previsioni il debito pubblico italiano quest’anno supererà anche quello della Grecia, il più alto nei Paesi membri, ma poco e niente sembra mutare intanto nel panorama dei partiti secondo il sondaggio SWG per TgLa7. L’anno prossimo si vota per le politiche.
Scivola dello 0,3% Fratelli d’Italia, comunque imprendibile in vetta al 28,5%. Il partito della premier Giorgia Meloni vale da solo la leadership della maggioranza di centrodestra, considerato che Forza Italia segue con appena il 7,6% e la Lega è staccata ad appena il 6. Futuro Nazionale di Roberto Vannacci è addirittura in crescita dello 0,2%, al 4,1%. In fondo al listone Noi Moderati all’1,3%. Anche sulla strage sfiorata a Modena lo scorso fine settimana si è misurata la distanza tra le posizioni all’interno della coalizione, dove il perimetro tra solide convergenze e veti incrociati non è ancora definito.
Se la maggioranza è in via di riformulazione, è ancora tutto da costruire il cosiddetto Campo Largo delle opposizioni tra programma condiviso e primarie. Guadagnano appena lo 0,2% e lo 0,3% Partito Democratico e Movimento 5 Stelle, al 22,2% e al 12,5%. Alleanza Verdi e Sinistra difende la posizione al 6,7% mentre Azione di Carlo Calenda appare ormai staccata da Futuro Nazionale, a pochi mesi dal debutto della formazione di Vannacci, al 3,5%. Italia Viva di Matteo Renzi invece è al 2,4%. +Europa è all’1,4%. Alla generica voce “altro partito” il 3,8%, stabile il dato di chi non si esprime al 27% a conferma degli alti tassi di astensione a ogni tornata elettorale – ma non alle politiche di solito, com’è stato per il referendum sulla riforma della Giustizia.

Political opinion polls: Italian parties and the Meloni government in the latest survey, voting intentions.

There isn’t much movement in the landscape of Italian parties while the Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni continues her persuasion operation with the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen regarding greater flexibility in energy spending, as granted for defense by the Union. According to forecasts, Italy’s public debt this year will exceed that of Greece, the highest among member countries, but little seems to change in the political landscape according to the SWG poll for TgLa7. Next year, elections will be held for the parliamentary elections.

Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy) slides by 0.3%, but remains manageable at 28.5%. The party of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni alone secures the leadership of the center-right majority, as Forza Italia follows with just 7.6% and Lega is lagging at just 6%. Roberto Vannacci’s Future Nazionale is even growing by 0.2%, to 4.1%. At the bottom of the list, Noi Moderati at 1.3%. The distance between positions within the coalition was also measured regarding the near-miss murder in Modena last weekend, where the perimeter between solid convergences and cross-vetos has not yet been defined.

As the majority is in the process of reformulation, the so-called “Campo Largo” (Wide Field) of the opposition, between shared program and primaries, is still being built. The Democratic Party and Movimento 5 Stelle (Five Star Movement) only gain 0.2% and 0.3%, at 22.2% and 12.5% respectively. Verdi e Sinistra (Green and Left) defends its position at 6.7% while Carlo Calenda’s Action appears now distanced from Future Nazionale, just months after the debut of Vannacci’s formation, at 3.5%. Matteo Renzi’s Italia Viva is at 2.4%. +Europa is at 1.4%. The generic “other party” vote is at 3.8%, with the same data as those who do not express themselves at 27%, confirming high rates of abstention in every electoral round – but not usually at parliamentary elections, as it was for the referendum on the reform of the Justice system.

Lo ha dichiarato Lorenzo Basso, vicepresidente della VIII Commissione del Senato ed esponente del Partito Democratico, a margine dell'assemblea pubblica di Assiterminal a Roma, commentando il percorso di riforma del sistema portuale italiano.
Secondo Basso, il settore attraversa “una fase critica del traffico portuale internazionale”, legata “alle grandi questioni geopolitiche che conosciamo”, in un momento reso ancora più delicato dall'avvio del dibattito parlamentare sulla riforma della portualità, “a oltre trent'anni dalla riforma del 1994”. Il senatore dem ha spiegato di condividere “la necessità di una riforma”, sottolineando come “il mondo sia cambiato negli ultimi trent'anni” e come sia necessario “un coordinamento centrale”.
Tuttavia, Basso ha messo in guardia dal rischio di una eccessiva centralizzazione. “Non possiamo perdere quelle che sono state le grandi conquiste della riforma del '94: Autorità portuali in grado di decidere rapidamente e con autonomia. Dobbiamo avere coordinamento - ha concluso - ma senza rischiare una centralizzazione che per molti decenni ha bloccato il nostro Paese”.

According to Basso, the sector is going through “a critical phase of international port traffic,” linked “to the major geopolitical issues we know,” at a time made even more delicate by the launch of parliamentary debate on the reform of the port system, “over thirty years since the 1994 reform.” The Democratic Senator explained that he shares “the need for a reform,” emphasizing that “the world has changed in the last thirty years” and that “central coordination” is necessary.

However, Basso warned against the risk of excessive centralization. “We cannot lose the great achievements of the 1994 reform: Port Authorities able to make decisions quickly and with autonomy. We need coordination - he concluded - but without risking a centralization that has blocked our country for many decades.”
