Apparently this conversation happened with actress Bai Ling upon getting cast on "The Crow." (I'm paraphrasing)

- Agent: "and the lead is Brandon Lee."
- Bai Ling: "Who's that?"
- Agent: "Bruce Lee's son."
- Bai Ling: "Who's Bruce Lee?"
- Agent: "but... he's the most famous Chinese actor ever, how is it possible that don't you know him?"

Later, Bai Ling talks with a family member and recalls the conversation.
